I want to explain our reservation system. When we receive a reservation for your hotel, our reservation department sends you an automatic e-mail including a confirmation link.
When you clicked on the confirmation link, the reservation is reconfirmed to our side. The client is charged at the time of booking and arrives to the hotel with our prepaid accommodation voucher with the reservation details. 1 day before the customer’s check-out date, we will send you an authorization form by e-mail including our company’s credit card number that allows you to charge reservation amount from our account.
Also you will be able to view, confirm and cancel all of your reservations from the Hotel Admin Interface reservation section which is the first section when you login with your login name and password. You will also be able to view the authorization form from our Hotel Admin Interface, reservations part, clicking the “Proforma” button, which will start to appear one day before the check out date and will be valid for 48 hours. If there will be any problem with the credit reservation or payment then please contact with Mr. Kaan which is your contact person for reservations inquiries. Below you can see the contact details.

Then we need to receive an invoice for this reservation and the amount you deducted, this invoice can be send through our hotel admin interface. Each time you charge for a reservation you need to enter the Invoice link near the related reservation, and fill up the necessary sections. Then you should save details and enter printable version and click on “Send to GTS Travel button” at the bottom of the printable version page.
Another important point is that, as the hotel is online in our website, the bookings we receive to your hotel are confirmed to the customer automatically. If you are fully booked, your hotel is responsible to close the dates from “Allotment” part beforehand otherwise; the hotel needs to reconfirm the booking. Please note that our system allows your hotel to add or drop allotment and close the dates any time you want, so please give special attention to this issue.
